Writing a Poem<\/span>
\nis like falling down<\/span>
\na rabbit hole.<\/span>
\nThe more I write,<\/span>
\nthe deeper I fall<\/span>
\ninto my pain.<\/span>
\nI face my trauma,<\/span>
\nand it becomes<\/span>
\nso much easier<\/span>
\nto let go.<\/span>
\nHundreds of miles<\/span>
\ninto myself,<\/span>
\nI no longer<\/span>
\nclose my eyes,<\/span>
\nbecause I see<\/span>
\nmy core<\/span>
\nand I am ready<\/span>
\nfor me.<\/span><\/p>\n
