7. Have kids– that will bring you closer.<\/span><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know how to tell my twice-divorced aunt<\/span>
\nthat I don\u2019t care about keeping a man.<\/span>
\nIt is he who should worry about being kept.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve got eyes too, brown like coffee,<\/span>
\nstrong like cacao seeds. My eyes can arouse,<\/span>
\nsweetened mornings. They are bachata lyrics<\/span>
\nwrapped in chocolate. I know what I bring to the table,<\/span>
\nand I don\u2019t need a list. <\/span><\/p>\n

I take a sip of my coffee and thank her<\/span>
\nfor the advice.<\/span><\/p>\n
